Manhã de carnaval est une chanson du compositeur brésilien Luiz Bonfá avec des paroles d'Antônio Maria. Cette chanson apparaît comme thème principal du film Orfeu Negro (1959 en portugais) du réalisateur français, Marcel Camus.

La B.O. du film comprenait également des chansons d'Anônio Carlos Jobim et de Vinicius de Moraes ainsi qu'une autre composition de Bonfá, Samba de Orfeu.

La chanson apparaît dans le film dans des versions chantée et instrumentale. C'est le thème musical du film. Elle devient l'une des premières compositions de bossa nova à recevoir la popularité du public hors Brésil.

Aux EU, elle est l'une des plus importantes chansons brésiliennes de jazz/bossa nova ayant contribué au mouvement musical bossa nova à la fin des années 50.

Elle devient un standard de jazz aux EU et est toujours interprétée régulièrement par une grande variété de musiciens du monde entier aussi bien dans sa version vocalisée qu'instrumentale. Toutes les versions de textes étrangers ont été écrites par des paroliers autres qu'Antônio Maria, en utilisant la musique originale de Bonfá.
